We like to eat something a little different for breakfast on Saturdays, to get away from the everyday cereal. We made these breakfast muffins and served it with some freshly squeezed OJ and it was fantastic!
Breakfast Muffins
1 egg per person
avocado slices
chopped green peppers
grated cheddar cheese
english muffin
Scramble eggs with peppers and cook the way you like. Meanwhile butter the english muffins and pop in the toaster oven. When eggs are done add the cheese, cover and turn off the heat. When muffins are done, put sliced avocado on each one. Then add the eggs and top your muffin!
we're sisters and we share. actually we didn't always share so easily- at least not when it came to clothes, music or double doozies. of course now that we're grown up and no longer under the same roof we can't wait to share with each other!

chore ideas
ok, i know my kids are some of the youngest of the bunch, but a blog post on a bowl full of lemons really helped give me some direction on creating chores for the littlest of guys. seeing that we've done a fair share of chores ourselves, i had to share, you can use the link here. so here's to relaxing!

meatball subs
I saw these on Ucreate foods, but it's from Annie's Eats, and i had mentioned that i wanted to make them for dinner soon. i used costco meatballs and used hoagie rolls instead. we had company over that night and everyone was super impressed, myself included which usually never happens! Of course you're probably thinking why would someone try a new recipe the same night they're having company over? i don't know but i do it like almost every single time we have people for dinner. i'm a risk taker, i know.
